摘  要:根据水力相似性原理,建立了缩小的新型旋流沉砂池模型,并进行了以其处理含砂配水的正交试验,确定了影响砂粒去除率的各因素主次顺序及最佳参数。结果表明,影响沉砂率的各因素主次顺序依次为:桨片数量、水力停留时间、搅拌桨转速和桨片距池底距离。各因素的最佳参数分别为:桨片数量为6片,水力停留时间为50 s,搅拌桨转速为26 r/min,桨片距池底距离为30mm。Based on the theory of hydraulic similarity, a new type high-effective rotational flow grit chamber model was established. The orthogonal experiments in which synthetic water containing grit was treated by the model were carried out. The sequences of factors which affect the grit removal rate and the optimal parameters were determined. The results show that the sequences of factors which affect the grit removal rate are windstick lamina number, hydraulic retention time, rotation speed of the windstick and distance between the windstick and the tank bottom. The optimal parameters are that the number of the windstick laminas is 6, the hydraulic retention time is 50 s, the rotation speed of the windstick is 26 r/min and the distance between the windstick and the tank bottom is 30 mm.
