摘 要:以2005年水平年南方电网的实测数据为基础,建立了实际电网机组原动机、调速器、超速保护器(overspeed protection controller,OPC)和负荷等元件模型,采用该模型进行机电暂态仿真实验,结果表明该仿真过程与2006年7月7日贵阳南部电网的实际故障过程接近。通过仿真比较,分析了贵阳南部电网出现孤网高频故障的原因,提出了抑制系统振荡的主要措施,指出了目前电网OPC整定原则存在的问题,建议相关部门尽快制定符合电网实际情况的协调整定原则。According to the measured data of Southern China power grid in the year of 2005 that is taken as target year, the component models of actual power network, such as prime mover of the generating unit, governor, overspeed protection controller (OPC) and loads, are built. The results of electromechanical simulation based on these models show that the simulated process is close to actual fault caused by fault occurred in southern part of Guiyang power grid. By means of simulation and comparison, the cause leading to high frequency of the isolated power grid after the fault is analyzed and main measures to restrict the oscillation of power grid are proposed. In addition, it is pointed out that at present there are defects in the setting principle of OPC, it is necessary to draft new coordinative setting principle that conforms to the actual situation of power grid.
