摘  要:目的研究雷帕霉素释放生物可降解性血管内支架在抑制小型猪肾动脉球囊损伤后内膜增生中的作用。方法将雷帕霉素释放BES与裸BES分别植入到6只实验小型猪球囊扩张后的双侧肾动脉内,8周后处死进行病理学观察,对两种BES的内膜厚度、内膜面积、管腔面积及PCNA染色增殖指数进行比较。结果 8周时所有BES在血管内展开良好,雷帕霉素释放BES内膜厚度、内膜面积明显小于裸BES,管腔面积明显大于裸BES,PCNA指数明显小于裸BES(P<0 .05)。结论 BES能完成血管内支撑任务;与裸BES相比,雷帕霉素释放BES能有效抑制小型猪肾动脉球囊损伤后血管内膜增生。Objective To demonstrate the role of sirolimus incorporated biodegradable endovascular stent (BES) in preven ting the neointimal hyperplasia of balloon-injuried porcine renal artery. Methods Sirolimus-eluting BES and naked BES were implanted into bilateral balloon-injrued renal artry of 6 pigs respectively and specimen were harvested 8 weeks later. The neointimal thickness, neintimal area, lumen area and PCNA index were measured and compared between two kinds of BES. Results All of the BES were fully expanded 8 weeks after implantation. The neointimal thickness, neointimal area and PCNA index were obviously smaller than that of naked BES while lumen area was larger than the latter. Conclusion BES could fulfill the supporting misson and sirolimus-incorporated BES could surpress neointimal hyperplasia of porcine renal artery effectively afer vessel injury compared with naked BES.
