体视学法研究玫瑰糠疹、寻常型银屑病的组织病理变化

摘　　要：我们对玫瑰糠疹(Pityriasis Rosea)和寻常型银屑病(Psoriasis Vulgaris)患者皮损进行了光镜、电镜及傣视学方法的观察和测定,结果表明1.PR 基底细胞水肿、部份液化,基底膜不完整。细胞内线粒体体积增大,肿胀,数目减少,机能低下。2.P.V 棘细胞、基底细胞水肿,基底膜完好,细胞内线粒体肿胀,数目减少。真皮毛细血管扩张迂曲,有大量淋巴细胞浸润。We examined some biopsy specimens of the skin lesions of pityriasis rosea and psoriasis vulgaris with the microscope,the electronmicroscope and the stereologic method.The results:1.His topathologic characters of pityriasis rosea indicated the presence of cell edema,liguifaction degeneration of some basal cells and dissolution of some basement membrane.The mitochondrial numerical density de- creased and the function reduced.2.Histopathologic changes of psoriasis vulgaris showed the presence of cell edema in stratum spinosum and basal layer,but the basement membrane are normal.The mitochondrial of basal cells swelled,the mitochondrial numerical density decreased.The capillary of dermis dilated,there are a lot of lymphoctye infilration in dermis.
