摘　　要：大学电子商务教育和培训的不断发展,日益引起了人们的关注。国内外专家学者都对此进行了很多富有成果的研究。本文主要就本世纪以来美国学者对电子商务教育的研究进行了归纳和分析。期望能给读者呈现出美国电子商务教育发展的现状,同时能为对此感兴趣的人们和大学教师提供一定的帮助。While electronic commerce education and training in university are drastically developing, many people have expressed concern over them. So many experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted lots of researches and have received many helpful results. The paper summarized these studies American scholars carried out. The author hopes that it can provide readers with a whole view for American EC education and do a favor for people who are interested in the EC education and instructors in universities.
