南水北调工程对郑州市可持续发展的影响及保障措施

摘　　要：现论述了南水北调工程实施的重要意义和郑州市目前存在的水资源问题,阐述了南水北调工程对郑州市可持续发展的作用以及可能存在的问题。在影响因素分析和借鉴其他地区水资源保障体系建设经验的基础上,针对郑州市的具体情况总结提出了应对郑州市水问题、确保水资源可持续利用的保障措施。This paper states the vital significance of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project and water problems existed in Zhengzhou city, illustrates the probable influences to sustainable development of Zhengzhou caused by the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. Based on the analysis of influence factors and the construction experience of water resource safeguard system in other areas, according to the specific situation of Zhengzhou city, the safeguard system of Zhengzhou city is suggested in this paper, in order to cope with the water problems in Zhengzhou and guarantee sustainable development of water resources.
