心绞痛与急性心肌梗死的心率功率谱分析

摘　　要：研究３１名心绞痛和３１名急性心肌梗死患者及７２名正常人的心率功率谱。结果发现心绞痛组心率变异性下降；急性心肌梗死组较心绞痛组心率功率谱在极低频段（００１－００４Ｈｚ）和高频段（０１５－０４０Ｈｚ）分别下降４８２％和６５１％。说明急性心肌梗死组交感神经和迷走神经功能进一步受损，尤以迷走神经功能受损为著。The heart rate power spectral density analysis,which was quantified the area under the power spectral curve,was made in 31 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI),31 patients with angina pectoris and 72 normal subjects.The result was that the heart rate variability in the patients with angina pectoris decreased.We also found that the power spectral density in the patients with AMI both in very low frequency band (0.01-0.04Hz) and in high frequency band (0.15-0.40Hz) further decreased,particularly in high frequency band.These results suggest that the parasympathetic and sympathetic activity in patients with AMI decline,but the parasympathetic activity decline more severely.
