摘　　要：针对作战仿真缺乏有效的需求管理方法和模型的问题,通过改进质量功能配置(QFD)方法,建立了适合作战仿真需求管理的需求屋模型,将需求和功能之间的关系进行量化,使用多个向量来反映需求的实现状态,并以光学成像侦查卫星仿真系统为算例进行了详细说明。该模型有助于控制仿真活动的进度、费用和性能,能有效提高仿真管理者的工作效率。To solve the problems of military simulation requirement management, a new model named Requirement House has been worked out through the innovation of QFD. The model quantifies the relationship between requirements and functions, and describes the state of requirements with some vectors. Then, a simulation system of optics reconnaissance satellites has been presented in detail as a sample. The model can help simulation managers to control the schedule, expenses and performance of simulation, and improve their working efficiency.
