摘 要:使用3种不同浓度的根太阳生根剂,接种3个不同的桉树无性系,生根结果表明:根太阳生根剂对桉树瓶苗生根有利,与对照相比生根率提高,根系发达,根量增加,特别是1.0ml.m-3和1.5ml.m-3两种浓度效果最明显,GL9和DH32-29的根系比对照发达,EC18生根率不仅提高了近25%,而且根系根量都比对照好,可见根太阳生根剂用于桉树组培瓶苗生根是可行的。In this paper, 3 different eucalypt clones were inoculated by using 3 levels of concentration of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC, the results showed that diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC was favourable to eucalypt tissue culture, which could have better effects on rooting rate and root quantity than CK, especially 1.0 ml·m^-3 and 1.5 ml ·m^-3 concentration had ideal effects. Roots of GL9 and DH32-29 were stronger than the control' s . Rooting rate of EC18 was raised by almost 25%, furthermore, its roots and root quantity were better than contrast' s.It's feasible to use diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate AC in eucalypt tissue culture.
