摘 要:本文开展了膜气提法去除水中(甲基叔丁基醚)MTBE的相关研究,选取了影响去除的4个因素设计L9(34)正交实验,考察了气相压力、气体流速、液体流速和溶液温度等对去除效果的影响。根据正交实验结果,分析出对去除效果影响最大的因素为气体流速;得到了研究范围内去除效果最好的实验条件为气压15kPa,气速0.118m/s,液速0.0042m/s,温度40℃。验证实验表明初始浓度对MTBE的去除率基本没有影响。A L9(3^4) orthogonal experiment was carried out for investigating the effect on the removal of methyl-tert butyl ether (MTBE) from simulated wastewater. The four main factors (gas pressure, gas velocity, liquid velocity and temperature) with three levels were examined. The results indicated that the gas flowrate was the most significant influential factor, and the optimum combination of gas pressure, gas flowrate, liquid flowrate and temperatare is 15kPa, 0.118m/s, 0.0042 m/s, 40℃, respectively. The results showed that the initial concentration of MTBE in the water had little effect on the removal efficiency.
