摘　　要：目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍儿童(ADHD)的自我意识和行为特征之间的关系,为ADHD儿童的诊断和治疗提供数据。方法:取两所三甲医院中诊断的ADHD患儿61名,并随机抽取对照组儿童80人,分别填写CBCL量表和Piers-Harris自我意识量表。并用SPSS统计软件分析各量表的特征和相关性。结果:ADHD组儿童的行为问题多于正常对照组,自我意识水平明显低于对照组,并且自我意识与行为指标存在相关性。结论:ADHD儿童比正常儿童行为问题多,自我意识差,自我评价低。ADHD儿童自我意识与行为问题存在相关。Objective： To investigate the correlation of ADHD children＇s Self - Consciousness and their behavior problem. Methods： 61 children were choosen into the case group, they were all diagnosed ADHD in two hospital with the diagnosis criterion of DSM -Ⅳ. 80 normal children were random choosen into the control group, the proportion of the boy and girl were same as that of the case group, the CBCL scale was used to evaluate the behavior problem of two group children. Children~ Serf- Consciousness Scale was also used to evaluate the self - esteen and Self - Consciousness level of two group children. All the data of scale was collected and input into comput- ers. Using the statistic software SPSS to test and correlation these data. Results： The behavior character of ADHD children was hyperactivi- ty, inattention and easy to lead to behavior problem. These children were low Self - Consciousness and self- estimate. The behavior factors were correlation with ADHD children＇s Self - Consciousness. Conclusion： ADHD children are lower self estimate and Self - Consciousness and they have more behavior problem. Taken on of the behavior problem are begotten by the low Serf- Consciousness.
