生命网模式对高血压患者实施调查研究和健康教育

摘　　要：目的依托成都市第三人民医院生命网对高血压患者实施调查研究和健康教育，探讨该模式在高血压防治中的作用。方法调查对象为2004年6月～2005年12月在我院住院2次以上的高血压患者302例，采用问卷调查法。病人填写完毕后，当场收回问卷，并加入“生命网”，定期参与医院的讲座和活动，建立病情档案，定期随访，一年后再次行问卷调查。结果患者普遍缺乏高血压防治的相关知识，造成治疗依从性的降低；生命网模式健康教育可以传授相关知识（P〈0．01），提高治疗依从性（P〈0．01）。结论生命网模式的调查研究和健康教育可以提供一个高血压防治的平台，提高高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率。Objective Investigated and educated hypertension patient by web of life mode to approach its affect in prevention and cure hypertension. Methods Investigation objects were 302 Hypertension patients who were in our hospital from Jun 2004 to Dec 2005 and questionnaire survey method was used. When patient finished paper, questionnaire was taked back on the spot. Patients were admitd to ＂web of life＂ and participated lecture and proceedings of hospital regularly. Patient＇s archive was founded for regular follow-up. Second investigation was carryed out in one year latter. Results Many patients had few knowledge of hypertension and lower compliance of treatment,but healthy education by web of life might impart knowledge to Patients and enhancement their compliance. Conclusion Investigation and education by web of life mode might give a platform to prevention and cure of hypertension, which could raise its awareness, treatment and control rate.
