矽肺大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液分析及其致纤维化作用研究

摘　　要：通过矽肺大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）分析，表明矽肺大鼠BALF中LDH、TNF、总蛋白、细胞总数和血清中铜兰蛋白明显高于正常大鼠．其它ACP、SOD、GSHPX、白蛋白等矽肺大鼠都高于正常大鼠．同时，探讨了矽肺大鼠外呼吸道的可溶性生化成份与矽肺纤维化之间的关系．This article analysed brochoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of silicotic rats. Result showed that lactic dehy-drogenase (LDH),tumour necrosis factor(TNF),total proteins,total cell numbers in BALF of silicotic ratsand ceruloplasmin(CP) in serum were found higher siglificantly than normal rat. Acid phosphtase(ACP),glu-tathione peroxidase (GSHpx),superoxidate dismutase (SOD) -albumin in silicotic rats were found higher thannormal rats. Meanwhile we studed relation between soluble biochemical component of exterior breathing res-piration in silicotic rats and silicotic fibrosis.
