摘　　要：优秀羽毛球运动员选材至今没有完整、系统的研究模型。通过文献资料研究、专家咨询、改革实验测试方法以及大样本测试,概括了羽毛球项目的制胜规律;从新的视角论证了羽毛球运动员竞技能力各子结构之间的关系;量化了优秀羽毛球运动员竞技能力特征;并以此为基础构建了中国优秀羽毛球运动员的选材模型。There is still hasn＇t integrated and systemic selection model of elite badminton athletes by now. through the methods of documentary, experts interview and reform experiment and so on, the author generalizes the competitive hale of badminton game; discussing the relationship between the sub-structures of the competitive ability of the badminton players; quantificationally analyzes the characteristics of competitive ability and selection model of elite badminton athletes are proposed.
