2型糖尿病颈动脉内膜中层厚度与尿蛋白排泄率变化的临床意义

摘  要:目的分析2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与尿蛋白排泄率(AER)变化之间的关系。方法76例2型糖尿病患者与28例对照组应用高频B超测量IMT,测量尿AER值。结果2型糖尿病组IMT及AER明显高于对照组(P〈0.01及P〈0.05),糖尿病≥10年组IMT及AER升高也大于糖尿病〈10年组(P〈0.05)。结论随着糖尿病病程进展,IMT与病程、AER关系密切,监测IMT、AER可预测2型糖尿病大血管、微血管病变的早期变化。Objective To analyze the relationship between the change of intima of carotid artery middle layer thickness (IMT) and albumin excretory rate(AER) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Seventy - six of patients with type 2 diabetes, the control group of 28 cases, intima of carotid artery middle layer thickness (IMT) were measured by high -frequency ultrasound B. Albumin excretory rate(AER) were also messured. Results Compared with control group, intima of carotid artery middle layer thickness(IMT) and albumin excretory rate(AER) in patients with type 2 diabetes increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05). Compared with group of the course less than 10 years, intima of carotid artery middle layer thickness (IMT) and Albumin excretory rate(AER) increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05) in patients with the course more than 10 years. Conclusion With the progress of the diabetes, intima of carotid artery middle layer thickness(IMT) has intimate relationship with the course of the disease and albumin excretory rate(AER). To monitor intima of carotid artery middle layer thickness(IMT) and albumin excretory rate(AER) can predict the early change of type 2 diabetic macrovascular and microvascular pathology.
