摘　　要：我院自1994年6月．对分娩后的初产妇．先使乳房迅速充盈．在对充盈后具有一定内压的乳房进行剥、推、挤，达到新生儿吸吮乳汁顺利的目的。并设实验组和对照组各80例。对健康无合并症的初产妇进行效果观察，结果表明：实验组产妇在产后24h内．母乳量满足新生儿需要率为96％．对照组为45％，经统计学X2检验处理．两组间有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结果提示：初产妇产后尽快疏通乳腺管腔和增加通畅的乳腺管个数．可使乳汁呈放射性喷出。并能尽早健立新生儿觅食、吸吮乳头、吞咽反射能力，增加母乳量。We have conducted a study in our hospital since June 1994. We had observed healthy primiar having no complications of experimental group (80 cases) filled breast immediatly after childbirth. then peeling. pushing.pinching and pressing it to make baby suck mild smoothly. The result showed:the amount of mother mild,necds rate.that can satisfy neonate of primipara in expermental guoup was 96% .and the compared guoup was 45%. Two guoupswere obviously difference (p<0. 05). The result also indicated:deroppiling ductus lactiferi and increasing the numberof free ductus lactiferi as soon as possible can make mild spurt radiatly and can make neonate finding food,sucking nipple,swallowing reflex soon .so as to increase the amount of mother milk.
