摘 要:目的:探讨大剂量维生素C对急性颅脑伤的治疗效果。方法:以自由落体法致猫脑挫伤后分组静脉滴注维生素C(200mg/kg)和地塞米松(5mg/kg),测定血浆和脑脊液中AVP和Dyn-A含量的变化,对挫伤区脑组织进行光镜和电镜观察。结果:维生素C治疗组动物脑创伤区病理改变明显好于颅脑伤组,脑含水量、颅内压以及血浆和脑脊液中AVP和Dyn-A的含量均显著低于颅脑伤组,与大剂量地塞米松组相比,脑含水量亦显著降低。结论:大剂量维生素C治疗急性颅脑伤与大剂量地塞米松治疗效果相当,而且在降低脑水肿方面优于地塞米松。Objective:Large-dose vitamin C in treating head injuried were performed.Methods:The animals were rendomly divided into four groups,and the cerebral contusion were produced by the same method of freely falling body.A dose of 2oomg/kg of vitamin C and 5 mg/kg of dexamethasone were respectively injected intravenously at the moment and 6 hours after injury.The neuropetides were measured in CSF and serum.The traumatized cerebral tissues were studied under light microscope and electron microscope.Results:Brain water content,neuropeptides in CSF and serum were significantly lower in vitamin C group than in head-injuried group.Conclusions:Large-dose vitamin C could reduce second brain damage and brain edema after head injury,and could be used clinically.
