摘　　要：目的 探讨提高内镜鼻窦手术疗效的措施。方法 对行内窥镜鼻窦手术的178例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果 术后随访1年以上的178例病例,治愈135例（75.8%）,好转32例（18.0%）,无效11例（6.2%）,总有效率93.8%。结论恰当合理的手术操作,彻底清除病灶,正确处理中鼻甲和鼻中隔偏曲,定期的术后随访可提高手术疗效。Objective： Studying in the measure to improve the curative effect of nasal surgical interventions. Methods： The data of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps via Endoscopic sinus surgery on 178 cases were studied retrospectively. Results： These cases were followed-up over one year, which showed that 135 cases（75.8%） were cured, 32 cases（18.0%） improved and 11 cases（6.2%） were ineffective. The effective rate of ESS was 93.8%. Conclusion： Suitable and reasonable surgical interventions, thoroughly removal clean of all bone debris and rasps, correct solution of the medal turbinate and deformed nasal septum, regular following-up by post surgery endoscopy are the important measures to improve the curative effect.
