摘　　要：目的 探讨用可吸收线治疗肌腱损伤的方法和疗效。方法 用可吸收线对10例患者,共26根肌腱行改良Kessler单线法核心缝合及周边缝合。术后石膏固定3周,早期适当功能锻炼。结果 随访2月～12月,按TAM系统评价,优6例,良3例,中1例,优良率90%。结论 可吸收线可以用于肌腱缝合,并且能取得较好疗效。Objective To discuss the operative methodes surgical suture. Methods Twenty-six injuried tendons and effects of treating tendon injury with absorbable in 10 cases were anastomosed with absorbable surgical suture and by Kessler technique. It was essential to fix with plaster for 3 weeks and to practice finger function early after operation. Results Postoperative follow-up ranged from 2 months to 12 months, with an average of 7 months. The treatment outcome was assessed according to TAM system standard. Excellent result was obtained in 6 cases and good in 3 cases. Only l case obtained middling effect. The excellent and good rate was 90% . Conclusion It is a good method to treat tendon injury with absorbable surgical suture.
