摘　　要：目前,因OPGW光缆终端引下预留缆盘的安装技术规范尚未出台,致使施工人员仅凭光缆厂家提供的安装简图,在未考虑安全要求和周边环境的情况下,盲目施工,造成运行中的OPGW出现断股、断芯等现象,严重影响了通信电路的正常进行。作者根据多年的实践,对OPGW光缆终端引下预留缆盘安装技术规范和工艺要求提出了一整套设想方案,该方案的实施验证了其可行性和有效性。Since the installation regulation for reserved leading cable coil in OPGW fiber terminal has not been established yet, construction companies make the construction only based on the schematic diagram provided by the manufacturer without considering the safety requirement and peripheral environment. This situation often leads to the problems such as fiber broken, which affects the normal transmission seriously. This paper analyzes the problems occurred, proposes a scheme of technical regulation and requirement for OPGW reserved leading cable coil. The practice shows that the scheme is feasible and effective.
