眼底荧光血管造影中按摩内关与合谷穴对恶心和呕吐的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察按摩内关和合谷穴对眼底荧光血管造影中恶心和呕吐的影响。方法：眼底荧光血管造影中发生恶心和呕吐的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组按摩一侧或双侧内关穴和合谷穴；对照组未进行治疗。结果：在发生恶心患者中，治疗组30例中发生呕吐者2例（6．67％）；对照组发生呕吐者9例（30．00％），两组的发生率有显著差异（P＜0．025）。治疗组中发生恶心呕吐的持续时间为26．5秒；对照组为45．6秒，两组有显著差异（P＜0.001）。结论：按摩内关和合谷穴对眼底荧光血管造影中发生的恶心和呕吐有一定的缓解作用。To observe the effect of massaging POints neiguan and hegu on vomitand dausea in fundus fluorescin angiogrophy. METHODS: Sixty patients with dausea and vomitin fundus fluorescin angiogrophy were randomly divided into the treated group and control group.In the treated group the neiguan and hegu points in one side or two sides were massaged, and pa-tients were not treaded in the control group. RESULTS: Two cases(6.67%) of vomit occurred inthe treated group in which 30 patients suffered dausea, while 9 cases (30.00%) of vomit occurred in30 patients of the control group. The difference was signification between the two groups(P< 0.025). The Persisting time of vomit was 26.5 seconds in the treated group, while it was 45.6seconds in the control group. The difference was also of significatinn(P< 0.00l). CONCLUSION:Massaging neiguan and hegu points could remit dausea and vomit in fundus fluorescinangiogrophy.
