摘　　要：作为信息技术和网络银行业务相结合的一种新型货币形式,电子货币影响并改变着我们的生活。相对于国际市场,我国的电子货币存在着品种少,使用范围窄等一系列的问题。只有加快制定和实施我国电子货币发展的各项方案,才能有机会掌握未来金融竞争的主动权。As a new monetary form which is connected with both information technology and net bank services, electronic money is affecting and changing our life. Comparing with the international market, our country＇ s electronic money is faced with the problem of few kinds, small scope and so on. Only quickening the speed of developing and applying the solutions shall we have the chance to succeed in the financial competition in the future.
