摘　　要：积极引进外资对于加快西部大开发进程、促进西部地区经济和社会发展有着非常重要的意义。是加快西部大开发的必然选择,我国西部地区引进外资具有独特的优势,也面临着一些困境,加强外资引进,应该坚持全面的经济开放政策,从集中在制造业为主对服务业为主的转向,以产业开放带动结构的调整战略。Active utilization of foreign investment is very significant to Speed up the development process of the western region, and to promote it economic and social development, This is the necessary choice to make the western region develop faster. The western region has its own advantages and dilemma in it development, In order to absorb foreign investments, it is essential to persist in the policy of overall open economy and the strategy of adjusting economic structure.
