摘　　要：根据CCD光电参量的定义和测试方法,设计一种线阵CCD参量测试系统.硬件上该系统以LED为光源,用CPLD驱动线阵CCD采集光线,由USB接口传输数据;软件上用Veriolog HDL开发CCD驱动程序,keil C开发USB接口固件程序,VC++开发USB上位机驱动程序、界面操作及数据处理程序.该系统能够方便地观察CCD的驱动时序及输出信号,实现主要光电参量的测量,并且结构简单、操作方便,适宜高校实验室应用.According to the definitions and the measurement methods of CCD photoelectric parameters, designed a simple measurement system of the linear CCD parameters. In hardware, it used LED as the light source, CPLD to drive CCD for collecting the light, and USB to transmit data. In software, it used Verilog HDL to develop the CCD driver, Keil C to develop the USB firmware program; it used VC＋＋ to develop the USB driver, operation interface and data processing program on PC. The system is convenient for observing the time sequence driving and the output signals of CCD. It realizes the measurement of the main CCD photoelectric parameter. It is simple in structure, easy to operate, and suitable for the university laboratory.
