摘　　要："爱国者-Ⅲ"导弹系统的总体作战效能,利用模糊数学方法进行综合评价。其评价步骤包括:建立因素集、建立备择集、确定权重集及通过因素评判和求解评价矩阵进行模糊综合评价。评价的过程中,从模糊关系矩阵的建立,到权值的确定都充分重视专家的定性分析结果,通过量化计算,得出了较为可信的评价结果。The total operational effectiveness of the ＂PAC-Ⅲ＂ missile system is synthetically evaluated by the method of the fuzzy mathematics. The steps include establishing the factor gather, establishing choice gather, confirming the proportion of every factors and evaluating comprehensively by judging all of factors and working out the opinion matrix. During the evaluation, both the establishing of matrix of fuzzy relations and the confirming of proportion of every factor are based on the qualitative analysis of the experts. Based on quantitative calculating, the authentic evaluation result is acquired.
