摘  要:针对以三偏心蝶阀作为快关阀系统的功能要求,设计快关阀液压系统,并建立仿真模型。该快关阀系统由启闭、控制及驱动3部分组成。要求系统可实现慢开、快关、游动和手动急停4种开关方式。为了使设计的液压系统能够满足系统的功能要求,需要对液压系统动态仿真。先进行快关阀开阀过程液压系统动态仿真,再进行关阀过程动态仿真。通过对该快关阀系统的动态响应试验实测表明,仿真与实测结果一致。In order to implement the functions of emergency cut-off with triple eccentric valve, the hydraulic system is designed and simulation modeling is set up. This system consists of parts of opening and shutting, controlling and driving, and has the functions of the slow opening, quick closing, super finely moving and manual emergency cut-off. To meet the system's functional requirements of emergency cut-off with triple eccentric valve, it is necessary to know the dynamic performances of the valve system with simulations. The opening process is simulated firstly and then the closing process is done during dynamic performances simulation, and has been measured in the practical system. It shows that keep accordance between the measured and simulated results very well.
