摘　　要：以六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)和苯基三乙氧基硅烷[PhSi(OC2H5)3]为原料,合成了一系列不同黏度的苯基硅油。研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产物性能的影响,确定出最佳合成条件为:m[MM]∶m[PhSi(OC2H5)3]为1.5,反应温度60℃、苯基三乙氧基硅烷的滴加时间2h,反应时间为2h。产物为无色无味的透明液体,与醇类、蜡类、脂类和硅油等日化常用原料都具有良好的相溶性。A series of phenyl silicone fluid with different adhesion propertieswere successfully synthesized from hexamethyldisiloxane(MM) and phenyltriethoxysilane [PhSi(OEt)3]. The factors were researched such as the ratio of MM and PhSi(OEt)3, reaction temperature, reaction time. The optimum synthesis conditions include the reaction temperature at 60 ℃, the titration time of PhSi(OEt)3 for 2 hours and the reaction time for 2 hours. The product was an achromatous, flavorless and transparent liquid. It can be dissolved in primary raw material used in cosmetic such as alcohol, wax, grease and silicone fluid.
