脉通方治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脉通方治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法:分别用脉通方(治疗组40例)和厄贝沙坦(对照组40例)治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者,疗程均为3个月,比较两组治疗前后的临床症状、血糖水平、脂代谢、血液流变学、血压、尿蛋白等,观察脉通方的临床治疗效果。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.1%,对照组为65.6%。治疗组治疗后在临床症状、尿蛋白、脂质代谢、血液流变学等方面均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);对照组仅血压治疗一项治疗后有改善(P<0.05),其余指标治疗前后比较差异无显著性。结论:脉通方治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病具有减少24h尿蛋白、改善脂质代谢、降低血黏度等作用。Objective ：To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of Mai Tong Fang （MTF）treating on the fourth stage of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Using MTF treatment on 40 patients with the fourth stage of diabetic nephropathy and controlled by 40 patients treated with irbesartan, the therapeutic course was 3 month for beth groups, changes of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, lipid metabolism, blood viscosity, blood pressure and total 24 -hour urinary protein were observed and compared. Results ： The total effective rate in the treat group was 86.1% while in the control group 62, 5%. The symptoms, urinary protein, lipid metabolism ae well as blood viscosity in the treat group all significantly improved after treatment （ P 〈0.05 orP 〈0.01 ） , but in he control group improvement only showed in blood pressure level （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： MTF has the effects of reducing urinary protein in 24 hours, improving lipid metabolism and blood viscosity in treating the fourth stage of diabetic ncphropathy,
