摘  要:以农花5号花生为试材,研究4种注量的低能C+对农花5号M3代抗旱性能的影响。通过田间小区试验对M3代主茎高、侧枝长、叶片失水率等指标进行观测,运用直接评价、间接综合评价以及聚类分析方法对M3代抗旱性能进行分析。结果显示:适宜剂量的低能C+注入能够明显改变花生M3代的抗旱能力,本试验中,C+剂量为1015cm-2时,花生M3代的抗旱性显著强于对照;剂量1012cm-2,M3代的抗旱性略有增强;而1011cm-2和1016cm-2剂量条件下抗旱性与对照相比差异不大。因此,低能C+注入可以改变花生品性,是获得优质种子资源的一种有效方法。Taken the Nonghua 5 peanut as experimental material, the effects of low energy C^+ ion implantation in four doses in M3 generation on drought resistance was experimentally studied, The main stem, the cotyledonary branch, the dehydration rate and other parameters were observed. The methods of direct evaluation, comprehensive indirect evaluation and the clustering analysis were used to evaluate the drought resistance of M3 generation, Results showed that the drought resistance was distinctly inflected by low energy C^+ ion implantation, In the dose of 10^15 cm^-2 the drought resistance was obviously prior to the control and it was slightly prior to in the dose of 10^12 cm^- 2. While in the dose of 10^11 cm ^-2 and 10^16 cm^- 2 the drought resistances were almost no change, It can be also indicated from the results that the low ion implantation was an effective method to improve the seeds.
