摘　　要：目的:探讨芷椒膏的制备方法,并观察临床疗效。方法:以凡士林为基质,用融和法制备,并对其进行质量控制和皮肤刺激试验及临床疗效观察。结果:所得制剂工艺简便易行,质量可控,疗效确切,稳定性好,无刺激性。结论:该制剂值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To study the preparation method for Zhijiao ointment and its clinical application, Methods ： Melting method was used with the excipient of vaselin quality control method the irritation test and clinical application were studied. Results ： The ointment could be prepared simply and feasibly. The quality was controllable. The effect and the stability of suppository was good and no irritation to mucosa was found, Coclusion ： The ointment can be applied for clinical use.
