健脑益智胶囊改善血管性痴呆患者神经功能缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脑益智胶囊改善血管性痴呆(vascw lardemenlia,VD)患者神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法:参照WHO公布的美国精神病学会VD诊断标准(DSM-Ⅳ)入选VD患者80例,采用随机安慰剂对照,双盲给药,自身前后交叉试验的研究法,选择简易智能量表(MMSE)、日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)于疗程前后统计分值变化进行疗效评估。结果:健脑益智胶囊治疗VD患者72例,显效15例,有效38例,无效19例,总体有效率73.61%,对VD患者的认知障碍和行为均有明显改善作用,其效应明显优于安慰剂(P<0.05)。该药有提高VD患者的智力量表成绩,改善其日常生活自理能力、临床症状和神经功能缺损的作用。结论:元气亏虚,肾虚精亏,痰瘀阻络是VD的主要病机。补益元气,补肾填精,活血涤痰为本病的主要治法,健脑益智胶囊对VD确有一定疗效,安全可靠。Objective ： Observe clinical curative effect of Jiannaoyizhi capsule to improving of vascular dementia sufferer on nerve function damage. Methods： Consult VD diagnosis standard of American psychiatry institute what WHO promulgated, we chose 80 VD sufferer. We adopt study method of random and comfort drug comparison, both blind methed to dose and front and bank of oneself chiasma test. We chose MMSE and ADL to evaluate curative effect through comparing Statistic mark before cure and after cure. Results ： We had treated 72 VD sufferer on Jiannaoyizhi capsule. In these patients, there are 15 obvious efficiency, 38 efficiency and 19 inefficiency. The total efficiency is 73.61%. It has obvious reform action on cognizing obstacle and behavior. Its domino effect obviously outgo comfort drug（ P 〈 0.05 ）. This drug can improve the grade of brains ration table, increase daily life ability and meliorate symptom and nerve function damage. Conclusion： Vigour emptiness, deficiency of kidney essence and phlegm syndrome and blood stasis block link is most pathology mechanism of VD. Buyiyuanqi, Bushentianjing and huoxueditan is the most therapeutics to VD. Jiannaoyizhi capsule has assuredness curative effect and safety to VD.
