徐长卿水提物抗肝癌作用初探

摘　　要：目的:通过体外实验探讨徐长卿水提物抗肝癌的作用。方法:以徐长卿水提物作用于体外培养的Bel-7407细胞株,观察其对Bel-7407细胞生长曲线的影响及评价其抗肝癌作用。结果:徐长卿水提物浓度为80g/L和40g/L时,能使Bel-7407细胞的生长受到抑制,20g/L和10g/L时对细胞增殖没有明显的抑制作用。结论:徐长卿水提物浓度为80g/L和40g/L时,在体外细胞培养中对Bel-7407细胞增殖有较好的抑制作用。Objective ： To initially explore the antihepatocareinoma effect of Cynanchum paniculatum aqueous extract, Mehtods ： In vitro cuhured Bel - 7407 cell strains was used in the experiment for observing the antihepatocarcinoma effect of Cynanchum paniculatum aqueous extract influencing the growth curve. Results ： It was observed that Cynanchum paniculatum aqueous extract could inhibit the growth of Bel - 7407 eeU strains when its concentration was 80g/L and 40g/ L. When the concentration was in vitro 20g/L and 10g/L,it had no conspicuous inhibition. Conclusion ： Cynanchum paniculatum aqueous extract had better inhibition on cell multiplication of Bel -7407 cell strains in vitro.
