摘　　要：分析了大同市地面水污染状况、主要污染物、重点污染区域以及污染源和污染成因.结合经济转型、结构调整,提出了源头防污治污、过程治污及变废为宝等系列治理方案.This paper cvnalyzes the situation of contaminated surface water in DaTong, major contaminants, primary contaminated areas,contaminated source and the causation. A range of approaches are proposed about how to prevent and remedy pollution from the source, in the process, and reuse the waste,considering the transform of economy and regulation of framework.
