摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法定量测定三氮唑核苷注射液中三氮唑核苷的含量。该法应用YWG－C18柱，以甲醇－水（75：25）为流动相，检测波长210nm，用内标法测定，线性良好，平均回收率为100．1％，方法简便、准确。A HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis of ribavirin injection. The HPLC instrument was equipped with rwG-C18colunm, The mobile phase was methanol-water (75: 25). The quantitation of ribavrin was calculated by measuring the area under relative peak of ribavtrin and internal standard. The linearity was very good. The average recovery was 100. 1 %.The method was convenient and accurate.
