摘　　要：中医学对于"痰"在哮病病因、病机及辨证论治中的作用多有论述,不一而足。从哮病的临床治疗角度,联系传统中医典籍中的相关论著,依据哮病起病、发展的不同阶段中"痰"属性的不同进行归纳,以加深对中医哮病及其治疗的理解。Many descriptions have been found about that phlegm plays important role in the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment with syndrome differentiation of asthma. There are many kinds of appearances in phlegm disease in the different stages of asthma. It can be divided into three types based on the description in correlated books of TCM and clinical treatment of asthma.
