医学生吸烟情况调查及其变化趋势

摘　　要：对三所医科大学的第一年级和最后年级的医学生进行吸烟情况调查，吸烟率为22．6％，男性为42．7％，女性为3．3％。与五年前的调查结果相比，其男女医学生吸烟率均无变化（P＞0．05）。进一步分层发现，其男性经常吸烟率呈上升趋势（9．5％VS．15．1％，P＜0．05），女性最后年级经常吸烟率亦是上升趋势（0％VS．3．1％P＜0．01）。被调查的医学生均普遍认识到吸烟的危害，但对吸烟可导致某些疾病的问题上，不同年级的认识程度存在差异（P＜0．05）。不同吸烟习惯的医学生对医务工作者在控制吸烟工作中的态度也存在差异（P＜0．05）。多数医学生均同意通过立法来限制吸烟。The result of a survey on smoking prevalence among the freshmen and the 5th-year students in 3 medical universities showed that the smoking rate of the medical students was 22. 6%, 42. 7% in male and 3. 3% in female.Compared with the similar survey conducted 5 years before, the smoking the didn't increaase,but, the dai ly smoking rate in male and 5th-year female students ed. Most of the medical students knew smoking hazards and approved of legislation to ban smoking.
