摘  要:目的观察新药ST93-1对正常人前庭-植物神经反应的影响,比较ST93-1与东莨菪碱的抗运动病效果。方法15名健康男性志愿者,在平行秋千摆动(摆长6m,摆角45°,频率0.22Hz)刺激下诱发出运动病。运动病症状严重程度用Graybiel运动病症状数字评分法评定;测定心率、皮肤温度。采用自身对照、双盲和安慰剂技术,以3-拉丁方排列顺序服药。在试验前30min分别口服ST93-12mg,东莨菪碱1mg和乳糖(安慰剂)。二次服药间隔7天~10天。结果ST93-1的保护率80%,比东莨菪碱保护率高(73.3%);从秋千摆动刺激的耐受时间和运动病症状分值看,新药ST93-1、东莨菪碱与安慰剂相比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。而ST93-1的副作用比东莨菪碱少。ST93-1对体温没有明显影响,对心率有调节作用。结论新药ST93-1是一种副作用小、有效的抗运动病药。Objective To observe the influence of the new drug ST93 1 on vestibular autonomic nerve reaction and compare its anti motion sickness effects with scopolamine. Methods Fifteen healthy male volunteers were subjected to parallel swing swinging stimulus to induce motion sickness (MS) symptoms (arm length 6 m, angular deflection 45°, frequency 0.22 Hz). Severity of MS symptoms was scored in terms of Graybiel's criteria.Heart rate and skin temperature were recorded. The ST93 1(2 mg), scopolamine(1 mg) and placebo were administered 30 minutes prior to each test. Self control and double blind technique as well as 3 unit latin square design were employed in the experiment. The interval between two tests was 7~10 days to avoid adaptation. Results The protection index of ST93 1(80%) was higher than that of scopolamine(73%). The tolerance duration to swing stimulus and scores of MS symptoms for ST93 1 and scopolamine were significantly different from placebo ( P <0.05) , while the side effects of ST93 1 were less than those of scopolamine. The ST93 1 played an important role in regulation of heart rate, but it had no great influence to skin temperature. Conclusion The new drug ST93 1 is an effective medicine for anti motion sickness with less side effects.
