摘  要:远程答疑系统是现代远程教育系统中不可缺少的组成部分。构建了一种集人工答疑、智能答疑和联合答疑于一体的新型远程答疑系统。人工答疑同时实现基于在线聊天的同步答疑和基于BBS论坛的异步答疑;智能答疑建立在答疑知识库的基础上,采用基于字符串最大正向匹配的中文分词算法实现用户基于自然语言提问的自动答疑;联合答疑基于JMS技术,实现网校间的资源共享。系统的实现基于J2EE三层架构体系,在中间层采用先进的MVC设计模式思想,实现页面显示与业务逻辑的分离,有效提高系统的可维护性、可扩展性和可复用性。The remote answering system which refers to a series of activities of question answering, collaborating, and communicating among the teachers and students is the indispensable component of modern remote education system. A new remote answering system which combines the functions of manual answering, intelligent answering and united answering, is proposed. Manual answering realizes both synchronization answering based on chatting online and asynchronization answering based on BBS. Intelligent answering based on answer library realizes the automatic answer of user's questions based on nature language with the Chinese segmentation algorithm based on maximum matching method. United answering based on JMS technique is used to solve the resource share problem. The implemen- tation of system is based on J2EE three-tier architecture and main techniques including JSP, Servlet, and EJB are used. In the middle layer, the advanced MVC design patterns is introduced to separate the display of web pages and the concrete business logic and to improve the maintainability, extensibility and reusability of the system.
