摘　　要：基于监控系统对操作站人机界面的需求和广泛应用的工业自动化组态软件,结合工程实例,从系统配置、数据处理技术和人机界面的建立几方面论述了Intouch组态软件的应用,并着重对实时数据库和工艺流程、状态、历史趋势、参数设定与操作、报警等人机界面进行了阐述,指出组态软件的应用是实现操作站监控功能的有效手段。Based on demand for the working station human machine interface of monitoring and control system and the wide application of industrial automation configuration software. Application of InTouch configuration software is discussed combining with an example of engineering from several sides of the system dispose, treating data technology, human machine interface build, etc. It is focal set forth real time database, interface from several sides of the craft flow monitoring and control, state monitoring and control, history trend, parameter set up and operate change, alarm, etc. It is pointed out the application of configuration software is a kind of effective means that realization of working station monitoring and control function.
