摘　　要：目的评价应用Orem理论对产科母乳喂养指导效果的影响。方法将184名住院产妇分为实验组和对照组,每组92人。实验组应用Orem理论进行母乳喂养指导与宣教;对照组应用传统方法进行母乳喂养指导与宣教,出院前发放调查表分别对产妇母乳喂养知识、技巧掌握情况以及满意度进行评价。结果2组产妇母乳喂养知识、技巧掌握情况及满意度有显著差异,实验组优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论应用Orem理论指导产科母乳喂养宣教能提高产科健康教育质量,提高产妇满意度。Objective：To evaluate the effect of Orem theory in instructing breast feeding in Obstetrical department.Methods：Divide 184 puerperants into test group and control group,each gloup 92 cases.In test group,we use Orem theory to instruct and teach how to breast feeding;in control group,we use traditional method.Questionnaires were sent to mothers to have a clear look of their breast feeding knowledges, how they master the techniques, and the degree of satisfaction.Results：Notable differences were found in two groups about the degree of satisfaction ,test group is better than control group（p〈0.05）.Condusions： Using Orem theory to instruct breast feeding in obstetrical department can improve obstetrical health teaching quality, improve puerperants＇ degree of satisfaction.
