摘　　要：介绍分形的概念以及分形维数的计算方法,综述了分形理论在金属材料研究中的应用现状,并提出了分形理论目前尚要解决的问题。In this paper,the concept of fractal and the calculation of fractal dimensions are introduced. The applications of fractal theory in the field of material science are summarized. The problems remain to be solved in the fractal theory are pointed out.
