摘  要:通过对75 t 熔铝炉集气罩排风量的计算,认为(供暖通风设计手册》中关于炉口伞形罩排风量的计算公式不适用于宽大炉口。宽大炉口处烟气流动规律应为空气由炉口下半部流入炉膛,在炉内被加热后随同炉内产生的烟气由炉口上半部流出。笔者在深入分析的基础上,总结出了更接近实际的宽大炉口集气罩排风量计算方法。It is found in the designing of gas-collecting hood of a 75 t aluminum furnace that the calculation formula about umbellate cover in the heating and ventilation design handbook is not suitable for calculating the exhaust capacity of wide and large furnace mouth. The real distribution of gas flow at the furnace mouth is that the air flows into furnace heart from the bottom of furnace mouth and the exhaust gas flows out the top of furnace mouth. On the basis of deep and thorough analysis, the author puts forward a new calculation method of the exhaust capacity of wide and large furnace mouth, which more tallies with the actual situation.
