摘  要:在通过分子标记辅助选择获得的(9311野/生稻∥9311)BC4F3群体中选择分别携带纯合野生稻增产QTLyld1.1和yld2.1及同时携带yld1.1和yld2.1且农艺性状优良的单株各5株与培矮64S测交配制15个杂交中稻组合,以两优培九为对照,研究野生稻增产QTL的增产效果。结果表明:15个携带野生稻增产QTL组合的理论产量均高于对照,平均增产16.41%;有14个组合的实测产量高于对照,增产组合比例为93.3%,平均增产7.14%。从产量结构看,野生稻增产QTL主要是通过有效穗数的增加和结实率、千粒重的提高实现增产。说明野生稻增产QTL在改良9311的杂种中得到表达,具有显著的增产效果和重要的育种价值。Five plants containing the yield-enhancing QTLs yldl. 1, yld2. 1 or both of them were each selected from the (9311/O. rufipogon//9311 )BC4F3 population developed by molecular marker-assisted selection and field evaluation, and they were crossed to Pei'ai 64S to obtain 15 F1 hybrids. The yield-increasing effect of the yield-enhancing QTLs was studied with the 15 hybrid combinations and Liangyou Peijiu (Pei'ai 64S/9311, as the check, a pioneer medium super hybrid rice combination) as materials. The results showed that the average theoretical yield of the hybrids containing the yield-enhancing QTLs was higher than that of the CK by 16.41%, the average harvest yield of them was higher than that of the CK by 7.14% with 14 ( or 93.3% ) hybrids yielding higher than the CK. The hybrids containing the yield-enhancing QTLs had more effective panicles, higher seed-setting rate and heavier 1 000-grain weight than the CK. It is indicated that the yield-enhancing QTLs:from O. rufipogon have been well expressed in the F1 hybrids of the improved 9311, and have a remarkable effect on yield increase and show a great potential in hybrid rice breeding.
