摘  要:对水稻耐热品系996和热敏感品系4628抽穗期进行高温处理(08:00—17:00为37℃,17:00至次日08:00为30℃),研究高温胁迫对水稻剑叶氮代谢的影响。结果表明,高温胁迫下,水稻剑叶总氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性呈下降趋势,996下降幅度小于4628;可溶性蛋白质含量先升后降,996始终高于4628;热稳定蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量、游离氨基酸含量和游离脯氨酸/游离氨基酸比值均呈上升趋势,在整个处理期间,耐热品系996各指标的上升幅度均高于热敏感品系4628。The study was conducted to determine the effects of high temperature stress (37℃ for 08:00-17:00 and 30℃ for 17:00-08:00 in the growth chamber) in heading stage on the nitrogen metabolism of flag leaves of rice with 996, a heat-tolerant line, and 4628, a heat-sensitive line, as the materials. The results showed that, under high temperature stress, total N content and the nitrate reductase (NR) activity of flag leaves of both rice lines decreased while the contents of heat stable protein, proline and free amino acids and the ratio of proline/free amino acids of flag leaves of both lines increased with the number of days treated by high temperature; their soluble protein content was increased first within 3 days of high temperature treatment but then sharply decreased to a lower level than that of the checks. During the treating period, the values of the heat-tolerant line 996 were always bigger than those of the heat-sensitive line 4628 in all of the above-mentioned indices.
