摘　　要：价值是制度设计的原因,也是制度设计的归宿。一种制度的存废关键在于其价值的有无。自反致制度产生以来,关于其存废之争论就一直没有停息过。通过对反致制度的价值分析可以看出,随着国际私法的发展,反致制度必将退出历史舞台。The value is a cause of system design, and it is also an end-result of system design. A kind of system saves or discards lie in its value. The disputation as for envoi＇ saves or discards always continues since the system produces more than 100 in the last years. This paper aims at the envoi system of value analysis, to discuss that envoi is a kind of system which by all means perishes, and it will withdraw history stage necessarily.
