摘　　要：在电力改革逐步走向市场化后,电费回收工作越来越难,电费拖欠和电费风险已经成为困扰供电企业经营和发展的重要问题。引进银行托收理论经典,分析了银行托收在供电企业电费回收工作中的成功案例,提出了在陕西供电企业推广的方案。With the market-oriented reform of electricity industry in China gradually advancing towards marketability, it is getting more and more difficult to recover the tariff, tariff payment in arrears and tariff risks have become an important problem to constrain the management and development of power supply enterprises. The classical theory of collection from bank is introduced, and successful cases of collection from bank in tariff recovery are analyzed, at last, the generalizing scheme for collection from bank in power supply enterprises in shaanxi is presented.
