摘  要:以武钢第一炼钢厂大方坯连铸机为研究对象,建立了凝固传热数学模型,根据铸坯凝固冷却过程冶金准则的要求,经模拟及优化,得出了SWRH82B钢二次冷却区各段水量与拉速的二次关系式,建立了新的二次冷却水控制模型,并应用到生产实际,明显提高了铸坯质量。on the base of the bloom of No. 1 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO, mathematical models of solidification and heat transfer for bloom have been established. According to requirements of metallurgical criteria for bloom solidifying process , the relation between secondary cooling water flux and casting speed were regressed. The new control model of secondary cooling water was established. The bloom quality has been improved obviously since application of the new cooling water control model to actual production.
