摘 要:对采用EAF-LF-VD流程冶炼T91钢的工艺进行了研究。电炉出钢将C、P的质量分数分别控制在0.02%和0.004%之内,是确保后续工序钢水[C]、[P]合格的必要条件。LF通过制定合理的合金化制度和做好合金的选用,可将钢中合金元素含量控制在内控范围。做好LF脱硫及VD真空脱气,可将钢水S的质量分数降至0.005%以下。研究表明,采用本工艺冶炼T91钢是可行的。The present paper studies the process adoptd in refining T91 steel through EAF-LF-VD processing route. To ensure qualified content of [C] and [P] in liquid steel in the down stream processing steps, it's of great neccesity to control the content of w(C) and w(P) separately in 0. 02% and 0. 004%. By appropriately drawing up the alloy schedule and selecting the right alloy elements in LF process, the alloy content in liquid steel can be controlled within the specified limit. By means of desulphurization in LF and VD vaccuum treatment the w(S) content in steel can be reduced to below 0. 005%. Research indicates that refining T91 steel by this process is acceptable.
