天然高聚物对兔毛改性处理的研究

摘　　要：采用天然高聚物作为固着剂,在微波场中对兔毛纤维与丝胶进行改性处理。考虑预处理工艺、丝胶浓度、固着剂浓度和微波参数4个因素,对实验方案进行优化设计,并讨论了各因素对兔毛纤维改性处理效果的影响。本方法具有工艺流程短、成本低、操作简便、环保等优点。The properties of rabbit hair were changed by the means of modification of sericin with the fixation of natural polymer in the field of microwave. This experiment selected 4 factors, the pretreatment process, sericin consistence, the consistence of fixation and microwave parameter, that carried through the optimized design experiment and discussed the influence of them to the modification processing of rabbit hair. By compared the synthesized index, it found the optimal experimental project. This experimental project had the excellence of short technics flow, low cost, simple operation and environmental orotection.
