摘　　要：本研究通过指标筛选、权重确定、评价模型选择等步骤构建了四级指标设计的军队医院综合绩效评价指标体系,并对某军区2005年度30所医院在服务保障、质量效益和基础实力方面进行了综合及单项评价分析。指出指标体系是否科学合理需通过实践检验,原始数据的准确性是保证评价准确、可靠、公正的基本保证,管理者的积极参与是应用成功的关键因素。A four - class index system for general performances of military hospitals was established trough some steps as choosing indexes, ensuring weights, choosing evaluation models etc. With the system, those were analyzed about the services, qualities, efficiencies and basic powers of 30 hospitals in some military area command in 2005. The results showed that the veracity of basic data and participation of managers are the key factors for the evaluation.
